Alastair Jenkins is a Swansea-based professional guitarist, musician, producer, and recording engineer with extensive international touring experience. Having performed as a guitarist at venues in New York City, Toronto, and across Europe as part of original music projects, Alastair brings a global perspective to his work both on and off the stage.
Alongside his original work, he is now teaming up with Graham Anthony to perform in Only The Lonely, a tribute to Roy Orbison, celebrating the timeless catalogue of one of rock and roll’s most iconic voices. The project highlights Alastair’s versatility and feel as a guitarist.
As the studio owner of Lo.ft Recordings, Alastair works closely with artists to develop, record, and refine their sound. His expertise spans live performance, guitar session work, production, and sound design, with credits in music and audio production for film and television projects worldwide. Known for his collaborative approach, he has helped numerous local and international artists write and record original material that authentically captures their creative vision.
Beyond music, Alastair has a strong interest in visual arts and multimedia production. Through Lo.ft Recordings, he produces and edits promotional video content for musicians, helping them present their work with clarity and impact. He is also passionate about short filmmaking, with several of his projects screened at international short film festivals.
